  • Must be confirmed in writing and accepted by the broker and client in an exclusive right to buy - buyer agency agreement

  • Bundle and Save - If you are financing your home, you must get a mortgage from VeryNiceLoans our mortgage department with super low mortgage rates

  • Bundle and Save - If you are selling a home as part of this buying transaction, you must also sell that Metro Denver home through us with super low commissions

  • Minimum home price required under this plan is $550,000

What you get
